LadyMidomo by ushindi22 is a bi-monthly subscription platform that supports black and brown owned and women-owned beauty companies while community building through social activism.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • How much does LadyMidomo Box cost? The LadyMidomo box is $36 bi-monthly bought first come first served, containing products valued at $70-100.
  • Why buy The LadyMidomo Box? With this box, you're not only supporting small businesses like ourselves but you are gaining some of the most exclusive products from our featured companies.  Each one of our boxes will include 3-5 lip related products from either a woman-owned or black/brown owned small/indie businesses & 1 item of personal affirmation, enhancing self-love of being a strong woman.  You’ll receive full-sized goodies at half the price. And of course, 20% of proceeds from sales are donated to a rotating charity dedicated to women centered organizations in different cities every box.
  • Can I purchase the products separately from the box? Most the products featured are available to purchase from the company itself, we may include a coupon for future purchases ;)
  • What if my box or products are damaged or missing? Please send us photos of the damaged items or box to sales@ushindi22.com. List any items that were not in your box. We’ll process a replacement for you.
  • How can I share my products photos and/or unboxing with you? Thanks for your interest! You can do this two ways and that’s by hashtagging your photos on social with #ladymidomobox or you can email your photos to sales@ushindi22.com

SHIPPING

  • When will my box ship? The LadyMidomo Box will ship within 4-5 business days after purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your box ships so you can track it along the way.
  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free every month for the US. International prices vary per country.
  • What mail carrier do you use? We ship priority mail using the USPS.
  • Where do you ship? The domestically and internationally.

    REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

    • What is your return policy? The LadyMidomo Box is not eligible for refunds.
