Refund & Exchanges


Although we hope everyone enjoys our products, we understand sometimes things do not work out.

RETURNS

Due to the sensitive nature of some our items, (ie. head wraps may have been on your head, thus inability to resell), you may return your item(s) within THIRTY (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund on the cost of the product (s) (not including shipping charges) but ONLY in the form of a store credit.

To return, please message through Contact Us including your order number, so we may access from there.

Online store credits will be emailed to the customer after successful return processing of the product(s). They are good for future purchases made on the site and have no expiration date. 

If you have any other circumstances please email us at info@ushindi22.com so we may come to a concise conclusion. 

Please allow up to 10 business days to process refund/exchange request.

To expedite return processing, please provide proof of purchase in return packaging.

All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and free of damage. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. Body jewelry is nonrefundable nor cannot be exchanged.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.

Note: Customer is responsible for ALL return packaging and shipping charges 

FOR PINS & KEYCHAINS:

Due to the custom nature of these items (pins & key chains), we are unable to offer any refunds at this time, but you may exchange. 

If you believe there is a manufacturing defection on your item please email sales@ushindi22.com and we will handle accordingly to provide order satisfaction. These are reviewed on a case by case basis.

 

FOR T-SHIRTS: 

Due to the custom nature of these items (t-shirts), we are unable to offer refunds, but you may exchange for sizing.

To return, please message through Contact Us including your order number.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be sent back to the original shipping address free of charge. Exchanges are a separate transaction, so if you would like to order new items aside from your exchange request, please do so as a regular purchase. 

 

Note: The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs. 

Disclaimer: If a package is tracked as "Delivered", ushindi22 will not process a refund for that package.
